When you choose to enquire about a diamond, you voluntarily provide contact information (such as your phone number, name, or email) during direct WhatsApp or email correspondence so that our specialists can provide quotes and assist with your inquiry.
When you click 'Enquire on WhatsApp' on any diamond card or detail page, our website compiles a structured text draft containing the stone's SKU, carat, shape, and public URL.
This draft is transferred to the WhatsApp application on your device. The website itself does not secretly read, store, or transmit your WhatsApp conversations. All subsequent conversations are end-to-end encrypted under Meta's applicable WhatsApp terms and security policies.
Like all web platforms, our hosting infrastructure logs basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, and access timestamps) strictly for cyber-security defense, server caching, and DDOS mitigation.
