Returns & Inspection Policy

From the exact calendar date an authorized adult signs for receipt of the delivery, you have a 14-day inspection window to inspect the stone, verify its optical brilliance, and review the accompanying laboratory report.

If for any reason the diamond does not meet your expectations, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for a full refund of the purchase price.

To qualify for a full refund, the diamond must remain in its original, loose, unaltered, and undamaged condition as dispatched.

The diamond must not have been mounted into any jewelry setting, unset, polished, recut, laser-treated, or chemically altered in any way. Stones exhibiting evidence of wear, chip damage, setting tool marks, or missing laser inscriptions cannot be accepted for refund.

All accompanying original collateral—including the original physical IGI grading certificate, laboratory security sleeves, protective gemstone display box, and official invoice—must be returned intact. Returned shipments lacking the original physical grading report will incur a $150 laboratory replacement certificate fee assessed directly by IGI.

We will provide you with a written RMA number, specialized packing guidelines, and a prepaid, fully insured courier return shipping label. Unscheduled returns shipped without prior authorization cannot be accepted at our receiving vaults.

Upon receipt of the returned package at our verification atelier, our gemological team conducts a formal intake audit under gemological microscopy to verify:

• The stone's carat weight matches to two decimal places.

• The microscopic laser inscription matches the original IGI certificate.

• Key internal clarity characteristics and proportions correspond precisely to the recorded grading dossier.

Following successful gemological audit (typically completed within 2 to 4 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed promptly via the original payment method (bank wire or transfer).
