For maximum security, high-value loose diamonds cannot be delivered to standard P.O. Boxes, unmanned parcel lockers, or third-party freight forwarding addresses. Shipments must be addressed to a verified physical residence or commercial premises, or held securely for personal collection at an authorized FedEx or UPS Secure Hold facility.

Prior to dispatch, each loose diamond undergoes a final gemological inspection under magnification to re-verify the stone's microscopic laser inscription, facet integrity, and physical dimensions against its independent IGI grading dossier.

Standard preparation and secure vault packaging typically require 2 to 4 business days following receipt and confirmation of wire payment. Once dispatched, overnight or priority expedited courier transit delivers your gemstone in tamper-evident security packaging.

You will receive immediate real-time tracking details via WhatsApp and email as soon as the security courier scans the package into transit.

Every shipment dispatched by Lucent Carat Lab is insured for 100% of its agreed invoice value from the moment it leaves our custody until the moment you take physical possession.

To ensure strict chain of custody, all deliveries require a mandatory physical signature by an adult (21 years of age or older) with valid government-issued photo identification. Couriers are strictly instructed never to leave packages unattended on doorsteps or with third parties.

Insured priority courier delivery within the continental United States is complimentary for all loose diamond transactions. International shipments, regional duties, VAT, or local import tariffs are itemized transparently in your formal written quotation before payment is agreed upon.
